In 2012, Ling Qing participated in a domestic exhibition with tracking technology.

domestic enterprises that can truly engage in the research and development of intelligent welding technology Very few,
and the factory can only buy imported equipment, but the price is ridiculously expensive.

Under the "blue ocean", Ling Qing decided to set up the【ATINY】 in Haidian Pioneer Park and quickly set up a core technical team.
With the three technologies of tracking, high-speed processing board and high-precision detection, it launched at the end of 2013.
The first generation laser welding seam tracking system of 【ATINY】 .
The system has the characteristics of small size and low power consumption, but the price is only 1/4 of the price of foreign products.
Since the end of 2015, this system has ranked first in the domestic market share in the industry, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign companies.

The laser weld tracker is installed on the front end of the robotic arm to replace the human eye to measure the weld, guide and control the positioning of the welding torch.
The industrial robot starts a wonderful welding "dance" at the welding site, and continuously adjusts it in real time with the input of sensor data Your own route is always high and sometimes low, sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
During the welding process, the tracker is not affected by the solder joints, splashed fire and smoke, and can still be accurately positioned and draw a beautiful arc,
effectively ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

Ling Qing told reporters that at present, there are not many domestic companies engaged in the research and development of intelligent welding products,
but they can simultaneously have the five "anti-" capabilities of anti-arc, anti-smoke, anti-splash, anti-spot welding, and anti-electromagnetic interference.
【ATINY】 can do it, and the tracking accuracy can reach 0.04 mm, and the response time can reach 1 millisecond,
which has reached or exceeded the technical parameters of similar foreign products.

According to Ling Qing, at present,
the laser displacement sensor and visual seam tracker independently developed by 【ATINY】 have been adapted to more than 40 industrial robot brands,
establishing an intelligent ecosystem in the global welding field.
He emphasized that “this kind of adaptation ensures the integration of industrial robots and displacement sensors, that is,
the dialogue between the'brain' and the'eyes', and the unmanned operation of the welding process can be realized without any on-site customization of the docking and debugging."

Mass production of self-developed and self-made high-precision sensors into the market

After great success in the field of intelligent welding, Ling Qing decided to improve the accuracy of the sensor and make a general-purpose laser displacement sensor.
Once this type of sensor is successfully developed, the built-in highly integrated digital signal processor can not only be used for displacement, distance and position measurement,
but also not affected by the material, color and emission light source of the surface object, and it has a wide range of applications.

"The application market for this kind of general-purpose laser displacement sensor is very large, but at present, the domestic market share of foreign brands has reached 99.87%."
Ling Qing also gave an example,
"During the assembly process of mobile phones, due to high precision Requirements are limited, and many steps need to be completed by special robots instead of humans.
For example, the robot arm needs to glue a glass panel to the fuselage, not only to bypass the tiny holes, but also to apply the glue thin enough,
which requires the operator It can only be implemented if it is visible. Precise scanning of the laser displacement sensor in advance can solve this problem."

In 2015, the intelligent welding business of【ATINY】 showed a steady upward trend, and the company began to focus on the research and development of general-purpose laser displacement sensors.
