Wearing protective gear is necessary, but long-term manual monitoring in such conditions can lead to visual fatigue and inadequate observation. This, in turn, negatively affects welding productivity and operator health.

The CXZK-G7-R is a welding molten pool observation camera independently developed by Weld Navigator. It allows operators to adjust the lens angle according to site requirements, eliminating the need for repeated camera angle adjustments. This system provides accurate monitoring of the welding wire, molten pool, weld seam, and base metal. It also detects the presence of slag or bubbles in the molten pool. By enabling remote high-definition monitoring of the arc, welding wire (or tungsten electrode), and the molten pool, it enhances weld quality and productivity. The CXZK-G7-R ensures real-time visualization, improving decision-making and welding parameter adjustments. This system is compatible with all automated welding equipment and offers an ideal solution to the challenges of manual monitoring in tough environments.
