1.Product introduction
During the production welding process, to ensure the consistency of weld formation, operators need to regularly observe the changes in the welding area, the melting position of the welding wire, and the state of the molten pool, and adjust the welding parameters in a timely manner. The molten pool monitoring system can solve the problems of difficult observation and monitoring when welding equipment is working, and improve the reliability of the welding system. 2.Composition and principle
The ATINY-G4-H camera is composed of a high-resolution sensor, a high-performance processing chip, and a high-definition lens. It is a high-dynamic industrial camera that achieves high frame rate, high image quality, and high-speed transmission through complex calculations. It can remotely capture the welding process in high definition. The image refresh frequency can reach up to 200Hz at most.
